The 1625/26 Series is a XMD MSA-compatible 10 Gb/s transmitter optical subassembly (TOSA) that integrates a high-speed electroabsorptive (EML) laser, a monitor photodiode, and a micro-TEC. It is designed for use in small form-factor pluggable (XFP) transceivers and other optical modules for high-speed telecommunication and data applications. Key features include support for data rates up to 11.3 Gb/s, up to 80km reach, typical optical output power of +2 dBm, wavelength selectable to ITU-T standards covering full C-band and C+ band, suitability for 100GHz channel spacing in DWDM systems, low TEC power consumption, and availability in LC, SC receptacle or pigtailed versions. It operates with 50W single-ended data input and has case operating temperature ranges from -5 to +80°C for standard TDM, -5 to +75°C for standard DWDM, and -40 to +90°C for extended temperature versions.
