It features ultra small form-factor 8-pin XMD MSA TOSA, supports data rates up to 11.3Gb/s, for use up to 80km with up to +2 dBm typical optical output power, wavelength selectable to ITU-T standards covering full C-band and C+ band, suitable for 100GHz channel spacing in DWDM systems, very low TEC power consumption, available in LC, SC receptacle or pigtailed versions, 50W single-ended data input, and case operating temperature ranges from -5 to +80°C for standard TDM, -5 to +75°C for standard DWDM, and -40 to +90°C for extended temperature versions.
