ACMD-7602-TR1G [Broadcom]

The ACMD-7602 is a miniature UMTS Band I duplexer that minimizes current drain from the power amplifier with maximum insertion loss of 1.5 dB in the Tx channel and 2.0 dB in the Rx channel. It enhances receiver sensitivity and dynamic range by providing more than 53 dB attenuation of transmitted signals at the receiver input and more than 43 dB rejection of transmit-generated noise in the receive band. The device uses Avago Technologies' Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator (FBAR) technology and Microcap bonded-wafer, chip scale packaging, resulting in a module less than 1.2 mm high with a maximum footprint of only 2.5 mm x 3.0 mm.
