ACNV3130-500E [Avago]

The ACNV3130 contains an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage. It is designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter applications. The device provides high peak output current (2.5A max) and wide operating voltage range (15-30V) for gate control. Features include Under Voltage Lock-Out Protection (UVLO), 500ns max propagation delay, and 40kV/μs min common mode rejection. Suitable for direct driving of IGBTs up to 1700V/100A with high insulation voltage (VIORM=2262Vpeak).
