ACPM-5040-TR1 [Broadcom]

The ACPM-5040 is a Power Amplifier Module (PAM) for TD-LTE Band-40 (2300-2400 MHz). It features CoolPAM5 technology with 3 power modes (active bypass, mid, high) controlled by 2-bit digital signals (Vbp, Vmode). The module integrates a directional coupler for daisy chaining and has internal 50 ohm matching networks for both RF input and output. It is fabricated with InGaP HBT MMIC process, offering high reliability and temperature stability. The module is RoHS compliant and comes in a 3x3 mm thin package (0.9 mm height).
