    Products Detail

    The ACPM-5813 is a power amplifier module for LTE Band 13/14 (777–798 MHz) with 27.5 dBm output power (MPR=0 dB). It features a 3×3 mm package with internal 50 Ω matching networks and DC blocking capacitors. CoolPAM technology enables two power modes (low/high) for enhanced efficiency and low quiescent current. Supports Average Power Tracking (APT) and includes an integrated directional coupler with daisy-chain ports. Manufactured using InGaP HBT MMIC technology for reliability and temperature stability. Digital control via CMOS-compatible Ven and Vmode pins (down to 1.35V).
