    The ACPM-7617 is a multiband, multimode power amplifier designed to support ET (envelope tracking). It features internal 50-ohm matching for both RF input and output, compatibility with MIPI RFFE, small size (7 mm × 5 mm), excellent linearity, high efficiency, and bias control by MIPI RFFE. It is manufactured on InGaP HBT technology for reliability and temperature stability, and is housed in a cost-effective, thin package.
