The ACPM-9011 features CoolPAM circuit technology that supports two power modes—low and high. The stage bypass technology enhances PAE at low power range and enables low quiescent current. It can be used with APT operation to reduce power consumption. The module integrates a directional coupler with coupling and isolation ports for daisy chain, and has internal 50-ohm matching networks. It is manufactured on InGaP HBT MMIC technology for reliability and stability.
