ACPM-9341-TR2 [Broadcom]

The ACPM-9341 is a fully matched 10-pin surface mount power amplifier module for LTE Band 41, Band 38, and xGP, meeting stringent linearity up to 28.4dBm. It features CoolPAM circuit technology supporting two power modes (low and high) for enhanced PAE at low power range and low quiescent current. The module is thin (0.82 mm typical) and includes internal 50-ohm matching networks for RF input and output, separate VCC supplies, and MIPI RFFE interface. It is designed for APT operation to reduce power consumption and is RoHS compliant.
