ACSL-6xx0 series provides full duplex and bi-directional isolated data transfer and communication capability in compact surface mount packages. Available in dual, triple and quad channel configurations, with wide supply voltage range (3.0V to 5.5V) and high-speed operation (15 MBd typical, 10 MBd minimum). They feature high common mode rejection (10kV/μs) and are LSTTL/TTL compatible. The devices are specified over -40°C to +100°C temperature range and come in 8-pin and 16-pin SOIC packages. Safety approvals include UL1577, CSA, and IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-2.
