Products Detail

These are 8-pin DIP high-speed photocopiers designed for intelligent power module drive. They feature high common mode transient immunity (±15 kV/µs min), fast response times (tPHL 500 ns max, tPLH 750 ns max), low pulse width distortion (270 ns typ), and open collector output. Models include standard DIP (PS9513), long creepage distance types (PS9513L1, PS9513L2), and gull-wing surface mount versions (PS9513L2, PS9513L3). All are Pb-free and meet multiple safety standards including UL, CSA, and IEC.

Key Features

Long creepage distance (8 mm MIN. for L1, L2), High common mode transient immunity (±15 kV/µs MIN), High-speed response (tPHL 500 ns MAX, tPLH 750 ns MAX), Propagation Delay Difference (270 ns TYP), Pulse width distortion (270 ns TYP), Open collector output, Pb-Free product, Safety standards compliance (UL, CSA, BSI, SEMKO, etc.)
