    The SD103 series are metal-on-silicon Schottky barrier diodes with low forward voltage drop and fast switching characteristics. They are ideal for protection of MOS devices, steering, biasing, and coupling diodes in fast switching and low logic level applications. Additional applications include click suppression, efficient full wave bridges in telephone subsets, and blocking diodes in rechargeable low voltage battery systems. The devices are available in SOD-123 package and are AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications.
