TLE4966H [Infineon]

TLE4966H Overview

In order to prevent damage, the magnetic switch is packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 packages are used to protect the magnetic switches from damage. In order to perform well, magnetic switches can provide a maximum current of 7mA. The maximum current that can be output by these switches is 10mA. There is a maximum current that can be supplied by these switches of 7mA. There are 6 pins on the switches that allow them to work. It contains 6 terminations. It is generally recommended that the switches output 10mA current. For reliable performance, this switch usually provides 12V voltage. It is possible for this magnetic switch to supply a voltage as low as 2.7V. When the magnetic switches are operating, they could supply 15V.
