Intel Stratix 10 GX/SX devices feature the Intel Hyperflex core architecture with Hyper-Registers, 14 nm tri-gate (FinFET) technology, and heterogeneous 3D SiP transceiver tiles. They offer up to 10.2 million logic elements (LEs), 253 Mbits of embedded M20K memory, and variable precision DSP blocks with hard IEEE 754 floating-point units achieving up to 10 TFLOP performance. Additional features include programmable clock tree synthesis, DDR4/DDR3 hard memory controllers (up to 2666 Mbps), and a secure device manager (SDM) with AES-256/SHA-256/384/ECDSA-256/384 accelerators.
