APEX II devices are high-density programmable logic devices featuring up to 5,250,000 system gates and 67,200 logic elements. They support low-power operation with 1.5-V supply voltage and MultiVolt I/O for 1.5-V, 1.8-V, 2.5-V, and 3.3-V interfaces. Enhanced internal memory includes 4,096-bit embedded system blocks (ESBs) for FIFO, Dual-Port+ RAM, and CAM functions.
