EP3SE260H780I4 [INTEL]

EP3SE260H780I4 Overview

As part of the 780-BBGA, FCBGA package, it is included. This kind of FPGA is composed of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY. A total of 488 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. A fundamental building block consists of 255000 logic elements/cells. It is powered from a supply voltage of 0.9V. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGA parts includes this part. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. In order to operate it, it requires a voltage supply of 0.86V~1.15V . It is a type of FPGA that belongs to the Stratix® III E series of FPGAs. Fpga chips is important to maintain the operating temperature wFpga chipshin the range of -40°C~100°C TJ when operating the machine. In this device, there are 488 outputs that can be used. In order to save space, this FPGA model has been contained in Tray. There are a total of 780 terminations. This device has 16672768 RAM bits, which is the number of RAM bits that this device offers. Its base part number EP3SE260 can be used to find parts that are related to it. The FPGA consists of 10200 LABs/CLBs. An external power supply of 1.2/3.3V is required to power the device. Typically, it uses a crystal oscillating at 717MHz in order to operate. In addition to this, it is also characteriIT CAN ALSO OPERATE FROM 1.05 TO 1.15V SUPPLYed by a feature called IT CAN ALSO OPERATE FROM 1.05 TO 1.15V SUPPLY.
