    The P4KE Series TVS diodes provide 400W peak pulse power dissipation (10/1000μs waveform) for transient voltage suppression. Key features include fast response time (typically <1.0ps), excellent clamping capability with low incremental surge resistance, low reverse leakage current (≤1µA for VBR>12.6V), and high-temperature reflow soldering compatibility (260°C/40sec). The series offers both unidirectional and bidirectional configurations, features glass passivated junctions in DO-41 package, and is halogen-free/RoHS compliant. Typical failure mode is short circuit, providing fail-safe protection.
