SP6203ER-L [EXAR]

Ultra low noise CMOS LDO regulators with very low dropout voltage (0.6Ω PMOS pass device), accurate output voltage (2% over temperature), and guaranteed output current (300mA for SP6203, 500mA for SP6205). Features include ultra low noise output (12μV RMS with 10nF bypass), unconditional stability with 2.2μF ceramic capacitors, low quiescent current (45μA), very low ground current (350μA at 500mA), power-saving shutdown mode (<1μA), fast turn-on/turn-off (60μs), fast transient response, and current limit/thermal shutdown protection. Excellent PSRR (67dB<1kHz) and load/line regulation (0.07%/0.04%). Available in fixed (2.5V, 2.7V, 2.8V, 2.85V, 3.0V, 3.3V) and adjustable output versions. Industry standard 5-pin SOT-23 and 8-pin DFN packages.
