It features 0.5µA max shutdown current, adjustable output voltage, requires no external FETs or Schottky diode, uses small value inductors and ceramic output capacitors, operates with 100% duty cycle in dropout, includes soft start and thermal shutdown protection, and offers easy frequency synchronization. The device comes in lead-free, RoHS compliant 3mm x 3mm 10-pin DFN or MSOP packages. It is optimized for space-constrained portable designs with input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, excellent transient response, and output accuracy.
