It seamlessly transitions to 100% duty ratio operation as input battery approaches output voltage, extending battery life. Includes programmable under voltage lockout, low battery detection, adjustable output voltage down to 1.0V, logic-level shutdown control, and 140°C over-temperature shutdown.
