The XRT75R03D incorporates three independent receivers, transmitters, and jitter attenuators in a single 128-pin LQFP package. Each channel can be independently configured for E3 (34.368 MHz), DS3 (44.736 MHz), or STS-1 (51.84 MHz) data rates. It features differential receivers for high noise immunity, on-chip crystal-less jitter attenuators per channel, and supports both serial microprocessor and hardware mode control. The device includes built-in B3ZS/HDB3 encoding/decoding, clock synthesis from a single 12.288 MHz reference, and comprehensive diagnostic capabilities including PRBS generation/detection and multiple loopback modes.
