They offer Zener regulation voltages from 3.9V to 200V and are available in standard and reverse polarities. The devices are qualified per MIL-PRF-19500/124 in JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV military grades. RoHS compliant versions are available by adding 'e3' suffix for commercial grade. They are designed to regulate voltage over a broad range of current and temperature, with standard voltage tolerances of +/-5%, and are nonsensitive to ESD and inherently radiation hard.
