These high power 50 W Zener diodes provide voltage regulation over a broad range of 3.9 V to 200 V. They feature internal solder bond construction, hermetically sealed (welded) packaging, and are available in JAN, JANTX, JANTXV military qualifications. The diodes offer standard voltage tolerances of +/-5% (B suffix), +/-10% (A suffix), and +/-20% (no suffix), with options for tighter tolerances. They are nonsensitive to ESD per MIL-STD-750 Method 1020, inherently radiation hard, and support both standard (anode to case) and reverse (cathode to case) polarity configurations. Surface mount equivalents are available upon consultation.
