They feature a working voltage range from 5.5 V to 185 V and are housed in a hermetically sealed DO-13 metal package. Military qualified versions (JAN, JANTX, JANTXV) are available per MIL-PRF-19500/507. RoHS compliant versions are available for commercial grade.
