1N6125 [Microchip]

This series provides a working peak standoff voltage selection from 5.7 V to 152 V with a 500 W rating for a 10/1000 μs pulse. They are very robust in hard-glass construction and use internal “Category 1” metallurgical bonds. These devices are available as both a non-suffix part and an “A” version providing different voltage tolerances. They are also available in a surface-mount MELF package configuration. Features include high surge current and peak pulse power for transient voltage protection of sensitive circuits, double-layer passivation, voidless hermetically sealed glass package, and qualification to JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, and JANS standards. RoHS compliant versions are available for commercial grade.
