This series of voidless-hermetically-sealed unidirectional low-capacitance TVS diodes provides high-reliability transient protection for sensitive circuits in high-frequency applications. They feature a unique rectifier diode in series with the TVS to achieve very low capacitance (4 pF), with working peak standoff voltages from 5.0V to 170V and 150W peak pulse power ratings. The devices use robust hard-glass construction with internal metallurgical bonds (Category 1) and are available in axial leaded packages for surface mounting.
