Nonvolatile flash technology provides a secure, low-power, single-chip solution with Instant On capability, reprogrammability, and ASIC-level cost benefits. Devices feature up to 1 million system gates, 144 Kbits of true dual-port SRAM, 300 user I/Os, 1 Kbit FlashROM, and clock conditioning circuitry with integrated PLLs. Supports ARM Cortex-M1 soft processor implementation.
