The eX family FPGAs are nonvolatile, low-power, high-performance devices fabricated with 0.22 µm CMOS antifuse technology. They offer 240 MHz system performance, 350 MHz internal performance, and 3.9 ns clock-to-out. Features include configurable weak-resistor pull-up/pull-down, individual output slew rate control, 3,000 to 12,000 system gates, up to 512 flip-flops, and support for 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5.0V mixed-voltage operation with 5.0V input tolerance and drive strength. They require no power-up/down sequence and include Fuselock™ secure programming technology.
