EX64-FTQ64 [MICROSEMI]

The eX family is a low-cost, low-power FPGA family based on 0.22 µm CMOS antifuse technology, providing nonvolatile, single-chip solutions with high performance (up to 240 MHz system performance, 350 MHz internal performance). It features a unique architecture with R-cell (flip-flop) and C-cell (combinatorial) modules, FastConnect and DirectConnect routing for fast interconnect, and three clock networks. The devices are available in small-footprint packages and support mixed-voltage operation (2.5V, 3.3V, 5.0V) with 5.0V input tolerance and drive strength. Key features include up to 132 user-programmable I/O pins, up to 100% resource utilization with pin locking, deterministic timing, in-system diagnostic capability, LP/sleep mode for power savings, hot-swap compliant I/Os, and Fuselock secure programming technology.
