    The APT26M100JCU3 is a power module featuring a Power MOS 8™ MOSFET with low R_DSon, low input and Miller capacitance, and low gate charge, along with a SiC Schottky Diode that offers zero reverse recovery and zero forward recovery. The module is housed in an ISOTOP® package (SOT-227) with very low stray inductance and high integration. Benefits include outstanding high-frequency performance, stable temperature behavior, ruggedness, direct mounting to heatsink (isolated package), low junction-to-case thermal resistance, and easy paralleling due to positive temperature coefficient of VCEsat. It is RoHS compliant.
