    This triple phase leg DSS power module features Power MOS V® FREDFETs with low RDSon, low gate charge, and fast intrinsic diode. It offers high integration, Kelvin source for easy drive, and very low stray inductance. The module is designed for direct mounting to heatsink, has low thermal resistance, and is RoHS compliant. It supports high-frequency operation and can be paralleled or configured for various topologies.
