It features single-voltage read/write operation (2.65V-3.3V for BV, 3.0V-3.6V for LV), 85ns access time, sector erase architecture with 71 sectors (63x32KWord and 8x4KWord), fast program/erase times (15µs/200ms), erase suspend capability, low-power operation (25mA active, 10µA standby), hardware/software data protection, 128-bit protection register, and TSOP/CBGA packaging. Supports in-system programming and offers top/bottom boot block configurations.
