AT91SAM9XE512-CU [Microchip]

The AT91SAM9XE128/256/512 microcontrollers are based on the ARM926EJ-S processor with DSP instruction extensions and Jazelle technology for Java acceleration. They feature embedded memories including 32-Kbyte ROM, 16/32-Kbyte SRAM, and 128/256/512-Kbyte Flash with enhanced controller. Peripherals include USB 2.0 Full Speed Device and Host ports, Ethernet MAC 10/100 Base-T, Image Sensor Interface, External Bus Interface for SDRAM, static memory, NAND Flash, and CompactFlash.
