The ATA5743 is a UHF ASK/FSK receiver operating in the 300 MHz to 450 MHz frequency range. It features two IF bandwidth versions (300 kHz or 600 kHz), a 5V to 20V automotive-compatible data interface, IC condition indicator (sleep/active mode), data clock for Manchester/Bi-phase signals, fully integrated VCO, supply voltage 4.5V to 5.5V, operating temperature -40°C to +105°C, single-ended RF input, ESD protection (2KV HBM), high image frequency suppression (up to 40 dB with SAW filter), programmable digital noise suppression, and low power consumption via configurable self-polling. It offers high sensitivity at low data rates, minimal external circuitry requirements, and sensitivity reduction capability during reception.
