The Atmel ATA5745C and ATA5746C are UHF ASK/FSK receiver ICs designed for 433.92MHz (ATA5745C) and 315MHz (ATA5746C) bands. They integrate remote keyless entry (RKE) and tire pressure monitoring (TPM) functionalities into a single receiver under external microcontroller control. Featuring a Low-IF architecture with fully integrated PLL, VCO, and loop filter, these devices offer high sensitivity, selectivity, and blocking performance. They support Manchester-encoded ASK (1Kbit/s to 10Kbits/s) and FSK (1Kbit/s to 20Kbits/s) data rates with fast modulation switching (≤1ms). The ICs require minimal external components and include RSSI, clock generation for microcontrollers, and Telegram pause support up to 52ms in ASK mode.
