    Highly integrated UHF ASK/FSK transceiver with low power consumption. Features include low-IF receiver architecture, fractional-N synthesizer for FSK transmission, and power amplifier switching for ASK transmission. Full-duplex mode prevents relay attacks. Supports data rates from 1Kbit/s to 20Kbit/s (FSK) and 1Kbit/s to 10Kbit/s (ASK) in Manchester, Bi-phase and other codes. High system integration minimizes external components. Digital control logic with self polling and protocol generation, FIFO buffer RAM, and SPI interface. Suitable for bi-directional RKE and passive entry go systems with fast challenge response crypto and relay attack prevention.
