ATF16V8C-7PC [Microchip]

The Atmel ATF16V8C is a high-performance EECMOS PLD using proven EE Flash memory technology. It offers speeds down to 5ns and a 100μA pin-controlled power-down mode. The device operates over 5V ±10% for industrial temperature ranges and 5V ±5% for commercial ranges. It incorporates a superset of generic architectures for direct replacement of 16R8 family and most 20-pin combinatorial PLDs. Eight outputs each have eight product terms, with three configurable operation modes enabling complex logic functions. The device reduces system power, enhances reliability, and lowers power supply costs. Pin 4 can function as a power-down control (reducing supply current to <100μA when high) or as a logic input. Pin-keeper circuits eliminate internal pull-up resistors and their power consumption.
