CDLL5253B [MICROSEMI]

The CDLL5221B to CDLL5272B series are hermetically sealed glass Zener diodes designed for surface mount applications. They feature a leadless package (DO-213AA, MELF, SOD-80, LL34) with double plug construction and metallurgical bonding for reliability. The devices have a Tin/Lead lead finish, thermal resistance of 100 °C/W maximum at L=0 inch, and thermal impedance of 35 °C/W maximum. They require proper mounting surface selection to match the axial coefficient of expansion (COE) of approximately +6 PPM/°C and must be operated with the banded (cathode) end positive.
