CDLL5940C [Microchip]

This surface mountable 1.5 W Zener diode series in the JEDEC DO-213AB package is designed for high density and low parasitic requirements. It offers Zener voltages from 3.3 V to 200 V with tolerances of 1%, 2%, 5%, and 10%. The series features hermetically sealed glass package, metallurgically enhanced internal contacts for reliability and lower thermal resistance, non-sensitivity to ESD, specified capacitance, and radiation hardness. It is suitable for voltage regulation over broad operation current and temperature ranges.
