EX128-FTQG64 [MICROSEMI]

The eX family of FPGAs is a nonvolatile, low-cost solution for low-power, high-performance designs. Fabricated with 0.22 µm CMOS antifuse technology, these devices provide 240 MHz system performance and 350 MHz internal performance without requiring a power-up/down sequence. They support mixed-voltage operation (2.5V, 3.3V, 5.0V) with 5.0V input tolerance and drive strength. The devices offer up to 132 user-programmable I/O pins and feature deterministic timing. The architecture includes R-cells (flip-flops) and C-cells (combinatorial cells) organized in SuperClusters, with innovative routing resources (DirectConnect and FastConnect) for high-speed interconnection.
