The eX family is a nonvolatile FPGA family based on antifuse technology, offering high system performance up to 240 MHz and internal performance up to 350 MHz. It features low power consumption with LP/Sleep mode, no power-up/down sequence required, and mixed-voltage operation (2.5V, 3.3V, 5.0V) with 5.0V input tolerance. The devices provide up to 12,000 system gates, up to 512 flip-flops, and up to 132 user I/O pins. Key features include deterministic timing, 100% resource utilization with pin locking, hot-swap compliant I/Os, and Fuselock™ secure programming technology to prevent reverse engineering. It supports boundary scan testing (JTAG) and in-system diagnostic with Silicon Explorer II.
