EX128-TQ64 [MICROSEMI]

The eX family FPGAs are nonvolatile, low-power, high-performance devices fabricated with 0.22 µm CMOS antifuse technology. They feature 240 MHz system performance, 350 MHz internal performance, and 3.9 ns clock-to-out. Key attributes include Live on Power-Up, no power-up/down sequence required, mixed-voltage operation (2.5V/3.3V/5.0V), up to 132 user I/Os, and 3,000 to 12,000 system gates. The devices offer deterministic timing, in-system diagnostic capability, LP/sleep mode for power savings, hot-swap compliant I/Os, and Fuselock secure programming technology to prevent reverse engineering.
