EX256-TQ100A [MICROSEMI]

The eX family is a high-performance, low-power antifuse FPGA family fabricated with 0.22 µm CMOS technology. These nonvolatile devices provide 240 MHz system performance and 350 MHz internal performance with deterministic timing. They feature Live on Power-Up capability with no power-up/down sequence required, support mixed-voltage operation (2.5V/3.3V/5.0V) with 5.0V input tolerance, and offer up to 132 user-programmable I/O pins. The devices provide up to 512 flip-flops and 12,000 system gates with 100% resource utilization and pin locking. Key advantages include Fuselock secure programming technology, hot-swap compliant I/Os, boundary scan testing (JTAG), LP/sleep mode for power savings, and advanced small-footprint packages.
