ICT-15 [Microchip]

The ICT-10 to ICT-45C series of TVS devices are designed to protect Bipolar, MOS and Schottky improved integrated circuits. They provide transient protection for CMOS, MOS, Bipolar, ICS (TTL, ECL, DTL, RTL and linear functions). The voltage range is 10 to 45 volts. They feature a low clamping ratio and are housed in a hermetically sealed DO-13 metal package. RoHS compliant versions are available. These TVSs are characterized by a very low clamping voltage together with a low standoff voltage, affording a high degree of protection to TTL, ECL, DTL, MOS, CMOS, VMOS, HMOS, NMOS and static memory circuits.
