M5KP64A [Microchip]

The M5KP5.0A – MXL5KP110CA series are axial lead 5,000 watt transient voltage suppressors available in unidirectional or bidirectional versions. They provide standoff voltages from 5.0 to 110V and are RoHS compliant. These high-reliability devices offer enhanced screening per MIL-PRF-19500, 3σ lot norm screening on standby current for M prefix devices, and 100% surge testing. They protect against secondary lightning effects per IEC61000-4-5, voltage pulses from inductive switching, and RFI. With virtually instantaneous response time, they also provide ESD and EFT protection per IEC61000-4-2 and IEC61000-4-4. They protect sensitive components such as ICs, CMOS, Bipolar, BiCMOS, ECL, DTL, and TTL.
