They offer standoff voltages from 5.0V to 110V and are available in unidirectional or bidirectional configurations. These devices provide high-reliability screening options per MIL-PRF-19500 and are RoHS compliant. They protect against lightning (IEC61000-4-5), inductive switching, RFI, ESD (IEC61000-4-2), and EFT (IEC61000-4-4) with virtually instantaneous response time. The economical axial-lead plastic package is suitable for thru-hole mounting.
