MCP47FVB24-E/MQ [Microchip]

The MCP47FXBX4/8 are buffered voltage output DACs featuring quad or octal channels, 8/10/12-bit resolution, and volatile (RAM) or nonvolatile (EEPROM) memory options. They offer rail-to-rail output, fast settling time (7.8µs typical), multiple voltage reference sources (device VDD, external VREF, internal bandgap), and configurable output gain (1x or 2x). Key features include WiperLock™ technology to prevent accidental changes, power-on/brown-out reset protection, power-down modes with high-impedance output and pull-down resistor options, and low power consumption. The devices communicate via I2C interface supporting standard, fast, and high-speed modes, and operate from 2.7V to 5.5V (with reduced specifications down to 1.8V) over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
