These are quad/octal channel buffered voltage output DACs with 8/10/12-bit resolution. They feature volatile (RAM) or nonvolatile (MTP) memory options, operating voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V (full specs) or 1.8V to 2.7V (reduced specs). Reference voltage options include device VDD, external VREF (buffered/unbuffered), or internal band gap (1.214V typical). Output gain options are 1x or 2x (when not using VDD reference). Includes POR/BOR protection, power-down modes with output disconnect and selectable pull-down resistors (100kΩ/1kΩ). SPI interface supports modes '00'/'11' with write speeds up to 50MHz and read speeds up to 25MHz. Available in 20-lead QFN (4x4) and TSSOP packages with extended temperature range (-40°C to +125°C).
