    The MIC4451 and MIC4452 are CMOS MOSFET drivers capable of 12A peak output, designed for driving large MOSFETs with improved safe operating margin. They accept logic inputs from 2.4V to VS without external components, withstand negative input swings up to 5V, and include protection against electrostatic discharge. Modern Bipolar/CMOS/DMOS construction ensures freedom from latch-up, and rail-to-rail swing capability ensures adequate gate voltage during power up/down sequencing.
