This TVS diode series features working standoff voltages from 6.5 to 170 volts and is available in RoHS compliant versions. The low capacitance (<100 pF) makes them particularly useful for protecting lines carrying high frequency signals. They provide protection from switching transients, induced RFI, ESD, and EFT per IEC 61000-4-2 and IEC 61000-4-4. The devices suppress transients up to 1,500 watts at 10/1000 μs and are 100% surge tested. They feature high reliability with wafer fabrication and assembly lot traceability for M prefix devices, 3σ lot norm screening on standby current, and moisture classification level 1 per IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020F. Available in axial-lead plastic encapsulated for thru-hole mounting, as well as SMCG and SMCJ surface mount packages.
